Indoor Cycle Training Starting Nov 10th... getting ready for Spring.
Sign up for our indoor cycling classes at Central Wheel. We have 3 instructors, Ralph Pulver, Sean Cahill, and Andy Maier. These classes will be designed to hold and build fitness for spring. Space is limited to 10 people per class, so please reserve your spot. Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:15pm and Saturday at 8:15am.
You will need your bike, cycling clothes, and bottle. We will provide an instructor, cold water, towel, and a trainer. Classes will be a hour long.
Cost:
20 classes $140
10 classes $90
5 classes $50
single class $12
Not your typical spin class
The season will last until the weather gets warmer sometime at the end March begining of April. Unused classes can be redeemed for store credit.
